Meet Our Team
You can count on Ayers to give you a stellar contractor experience and always provide the best people and solutions for your unique foundation issues.
We Are Believers
We believe that by doing things differently, better, and with intention — and always with our clients in mind — that we can help them live better lives, experiencing peace of mind. In our vision, there is a network of expert geotechnical contractors who serve as friends and mentors. That network is supported by a supplier who walks alongside them to challenge, show what’s possible, and help make possibilities real. One client at a time, we change businesses, industries, and communities.
Zack has been in the construction industry for over 14 years, working directly in the foundation repair industry on both sales and operations. Additionally, he has been instrumental in over 2000+ successful installations.
He takes pride in what we do at Ayers “because we’re helping people protect valuable assets (buildings) that often are essential staples of our community. We are redefining the contracting industry by making permanent repairs and building long-term, lasting relationships with our customers.” He graduated from “The School of School of Entrepreneurship” with a master’s degree in business.
Zack currently lives in West Michigan and believes it’s imperative to create a positive impact in his local community. Zack is proud that Ayers Commercial Group is a part of the Ayers’ construction company and has been in business for 42 years. He attributes that longevity to Ayers’ investment in its employees and their customers.
Josh brings our team nearly two decades of experience in the Underground Construction Industry. He continually pursues education in his field as a dedicated Commercial Group Specialist. He has completed SupportWork’s commercial training for PolyLevel, Helical Piers/Piles, Tiebacks, and Soil Nails and Ayers’ training for waterproofing, crawlspace encapsulation floor/wall stabilization & ShotCrete.
Additionally, Josh has years of contract negotiation, project planning and management, and contract management in construction.
He has been married many years to his wife, Tiffany, and enjoys spending time with his three children Isabella, Isaiah, and Aidan at their home in Wyoming, MI. You may find Josh out on the field because he loves anything related to sports. He often plays, coaches, and watches volleyball, basketball, football, and baseball with his kids, friends, and other family members.
As a life-long resident of Grand Rapids, Ty enjoys spending time with his wife, Kayla, and two children, Scarlett and Eli. His family shares their home with many pets, and Ty enjoys home projects such as remodeling his home, building a deck, and even working on an outdoor patio.
